讨价还价是谈判中一项重要的内容,一个优秀的谈判者不仅要掌握谈判的基本 原则、方法,还要学会熟练地运用讨价还价的策略与技巧,这是促成谈判成功的保证,讨价还价的一些技巧有:
(一)投石问路
要想在谈判中掌握主动权,就要尽可能地了解对方的情况,尽可能地了解掌握 某一步骤,对对方的影响以及对方的反应如何,投石问路就是了解对方情况的一种 战术。 例如,在价格阶段讨论中,想要试探对方对价格有无回旋的余地,就可提议: "如果我方增加购买数额,贵方可否考虑优惠价格呢?"然后,可根据对方的开价, 进行选择比较,讨价还价。 通常情况,任何;块"石头"都能给对方进一步进行了解,而且对方难以拒绝。
(二)报价策略
交易谈判的报价是不可愈越的阶段,只有在报价的基础上,双方才能进行讨价还价。
(三)抬价压价战术
在谈判中,通常是没有一方一开价,另一方就马上同意,双方拍板成文的,都 要经过多次的抬价、压价,才相互妥协,确定一个一致的价格标准。 由于谈判时抬价一方不清楚对方要求多少,在什么情况下妥协,所以这一策略 运用的关键就是抬到多高才是对方能够接受的。一般而言,抬价是建立在科学的计 算,精确的观察、判断、分析基础上,当然,忍耐力、经验、能力和信心也是十分 重要的。 在讨价还价中,双方都不能确定双方能走多远,能得到什么。因此,时间越久,局势就会越有利于有信心、有耐力的一方。 压价可以说是对抬价的破解。如果是买方先报价格,可以低于预期进行报价, 留有讨价还价的余地。如果是卖方先报价,买方压价,则可以采取多种方式:
1.揭穿对方的把戏,直接指出实质。比如算出对方产品的成本费用,挤出对 方报价的水分。
2.制定一个不断超过预算的金额,或是一个价格的上下限,然后围绕这些标 准,进行讨价还价。
3.用反抬价来回击,如果在价格上迁就对方,必须在其他方面获得补偿。
4.召开小组会议,集思广益思考对策。
5.在合同没有签订以前,要求对方做出某种保证,以防反悔。
6 使对方在合同上签署的人越多越好,这样,对方就难以改口。
(四)价格让步策略
价格让步的方式幅度直接关系到让步方的利益,理想的方式是每次作递减式让 步,它能做到让而不乱,成功地遏止了对方能产生无限制让步的要求,这是因为:
1 每次让步都给对方一定的优惠,表现了让步方的诚意,同时保全了对方的 面子,使对方有一定的满足感。
2.让步的幅度越来越小.越来越困难,使对方感到我方让步不容易,是在竭 尽全力满足对方的要求。
3、最后的让步方式不大,是给对方约警告,我方让步到了极限,也有些情况 下,最后一次让步幅度较大、甚至超过前一次、这是表示我方合作的诚意,发出要 求签约的信息.
(五)最后报价
最后出价的时间应掌握好时机和方式,因为如果在双方各不相让,甚至是在十 分气愤的对峙状况下最后报价,无异于是发出最后通谍,很可能会使对方认为是种 威胁,危及谈判顺利进行。当双方就价格问题不能达成一致时,如果报价一方看出 对方有明显的达成协议的倾向,这时提出最后的报价,较为适宜。 当然,最后出价能够帮助,也能够损害提出一方的议价力量.如果对方相信, 提出方就胜利了,如果不相信,提出方的气势就会被削弱。此时的遣词造句,见机 而行,与这一策略的成功与否就休戚相关了。

笔试当天下午或者第二天上午进行口语考试。其先后顺序是按照姓名首字母排列的。一定要注意自己的编号。口语考试程序如下:
1.被叫号的人进入候考室候考。
2.在候考室内进行分组。由叫号老师分组,一般是14组,28个人同时候考。
需要注意的是:候考大约有10-15分钟时间,要耐心等待。利用这段时间你可以和搭档再练练口语,分配好口语第三部分话题任务,定下来由谁先开头,记住两个人别争吵。
口语考试采取面试形式,试题由三部分构成,是有关商务话题的简短谈话和讨论。考场内有两位考官,一位负责提问, 一位负责评分。评分的考官(assessor)按以下四个标准给分:语法和词汇、谈话组织、发音、互动式交流。提问的考官(interlocutor)对整个测试给个总分。
考试分两个阶段进行。第一阶段为笔试,包括阅读、写作和听力,第二阶段为口试。考试时间分别为:
BEC1阅读、写作70分钟,听力30分钟,口试约10分钟;
BEC2阅读、写作90分钟、听力35分钟、口试约12分钟;
