在过去的电话约见中,这些语言被广泛的使用,正因为如此,在今天的客户看来,这些话都听腻了。
我想列举三种有代表性的说话方式:
请允许我过去拜访,哪怕只是打个招呼也行。
只请您看一下(资料)。
“请您就听我说几句。
看到这几句话,大家一定能联想到那些像鸡啄米似的点头哈腰的销售模式吧。这些是我最讨厌的话,因为都是在撒谎。
真的就只是打个招呼就行了吗?
真的就只是看一下就行了吗?
真的就只是听你讲几句就行了吗?
就是想得寸进尺,根本不是事实。
实际上,这些人的本意是想定好时间,正正经经地介绍产品,希望客户能考虑并签下合同。
既然如此,就没必要说那些为难自己的话。
有个销售员因为说了这样的话,后来反映:“净是跟一些想抽烟放松一下的人见面,真是要命。”
我问他到底怎么回事,他告诉我:“最近很多公司只允许在会议室吸烟,就是接待客人用的会议室。然后就有些爱抽烟的员工在销售人员打电话给他们时就满口答应着,然后特意预约在会议室见面,装着在听销售人员介绍,其实只是在吸烟。虽然只是请他们听一下,可是……”
原来如此!好不容易获得约见机会过去见面,对方竟然只是漫无目的地抽抽烟,这如何让人受得了?!
可是,说什么“请您就听我说几句”、“请您只看一下”,这其实是自找痛苦。这种话,我是绝对不会用的。到这里为止,我把说话技巧整理为上面的图示。这是一种获得谨慎的人约见的方法。跟对方接触3次沟通后,能够加强双方信赖关系,并疏通人际关系,而且还有一点好处就是通过“送出资料”筛选出有意向的客户。
