作 为一名基层民政工作者,我时刻牢记“上为党政分忧,下为百姓解愁”的服务宗旨。为民解困、做灾民的贴心人。灾害发生时,我总在第一时间赶赴灾害现场,及时 组织群众抢险救灾,稳定其情绪,安抚灾民,并鼓励灾民生产自救,尽快争取政府对灾区群众进行救助,把救灾款、物等及时地送到灾民手中,确保灾民有饭吃、有 衣穿、有地方住。尊老爱老,做老年人的暖心人。黄道乡敬老院的房屋全是九十年代初期建设的砖瓦旧房,十分简陋,为了不影响老人的正常生活,我想尽一切办法 向上级争取资金,并得到主管部门的支持,投资30余万元对敬老院进行改扩建,新增院民住房20余间,娱乐场所80㎡,修建3个出租门面,并对院内进行美 化、绿化,与此同时,每逢春节,老年节,还组织发动“敬老献爱心”活动,中小学、卫生院等单位纷纷送去慰问物品,目前,院内供养对象25人,使他们体会到 “虽然没有子女,但也能享受到儿女福”,享受到党和政府的温暖。
二、互敬互爱,和谐维家
互敬互爱是家庭和睦的基础,是家 庭幸福的源泉。2003年我和爱人结婚以来,我们夫妻在生活中相互照顾、相互信任;在工作中相互理解、相互支持。在家里时常交流工作体会,相互取长补短, 遇到困惑相互开导,相互帮助。2005年爸爸因病去逝,我和老婆就把妈妈接过来和我们住在一起,对妈妈我们很既尊重又孝敬,遇到不懂的事情就向她请教,听 取她的意见,交流对问题的看法。平时从不同途径、用不同方法孝敬她,如出差在外买好吃的食物、买好的衣服给她,逢年过节给她送上礼物等。同样的,妈妈对我 们也特别的关心,经常买些我们喜欢吃的东西放在家里,有什么好东西都先留给我们;她在家做饭总是计算着时间,争取在我们下班回家后马上吃上很香的饭菜,虽 然这些都是平凡的小事,不足以挂齿,但它就象催化剂使我们全家感情日益融洽、家庭和睦、生活有滋有乐。在日常生活中,妈妈还十分注重言传身教,以德育人。 常言道:“成功人士背后一定有一个优秀的人支持”,我说应该是“有一个和谐的家庭”在支持。我和老婆我都忙于工作,儿子又还小,经常加班加点,为了支持我 们的工作,为了不让我们被家中事务分心,她主动承担了带孙子、做家务等责任,家里家外操持得有条不紊。她既是家中的顶梁柱,更是我们努力工作的坚强后盾。 在我的这个家庭里,虽然各人的性格、文化、志趣等不同,但是家庭中从没出现矛盾冲突,大家能互相体谅,尊老爱幼、民主平等、宽容谦让,形成了互相理解、尊 重、平等、关爱的和谐家庭。
三、夫妻恩爱,同舟共济
我夫妻俩恩爱和睦,一起承载工作、生活的重压。我们都在单位上上班, 平常工作繁重,特别是我,由于工作性质有时不能回家,她也毫无怨言,但我俩能互相理解、尊重、关心、支持。生活上能同舟共济,事业互相鼓励,不弃不垒,下 班回家后为了让劳累的妈妈多休息一会,我们共同承担家务劳动。商量生活事情,沟通感情,如果谁的工作任务重,对方就主动承担家务事,减轻对方的工作负担。 因此,我俩因生活琐事从未吵架。
四、为国教子,以德育人。
我夫妻俩不管多忙,也抽时间教育孩子。我们全家统一教育思想, 不能娇纵、溺爱孩子,既教孩子学知识,又教他学做人,要创造一个温馨、和谐、宁静的家庭育人环境,让孩子能健康地成长。为了让孩子从小孝敬老人、尊敬长 辈,对人有礼貌,我夫妻俩首先以身作则,言传身教,潜移默化地感染他;在日常生活中给机会让他孝敬长辈;发现他对人有不敬的行为及时教育、引导,使他学会 辨明是非,改正缺点。为了培养他的独立生活能力我们教他扫地、擦家俱等家务事,尽量给机会让他做力所能及的事,家里的事情让他参与做。
五、遵纪守法、廉洁奉公
我 们四口之家中,我们都热爱学习,积极进取,努力提高自身的修养,待人热情有礼。热爱党,热爱祖国,热爱社会主义,积极维护社会公德,诚实守信,严格遵纪守 法,没有参与黄、赌、毒等违法活动,模范执行计划生育政策,依法行使和履行公民的权利和义务;我是乡纪委副书记、民政办主任,带头廉洁奉公,依法行政,从 来没有为了个人利益而收受贿赂、以权谋私;家庭成员守廉、助廉、倡廉意识非常强。
六、邻里团结,互相帮助
我们住的楼栋有一半住户是退休干部,大多子女不在身边。他们有些事情做不了或需要帮忙,我们都热心帮助。下水道堵塞,我们去疏通;楼梯、煤房通道肮脏,我们去打扫……由于这样,我们与邻近住户能团结友爱、守望相助,关系非常融洽。
七、崇尚科学,倡导文明
我 们的家庭生活方式文明科学,能够勤俭持家,科学理财,合理消费。注重环保,能自觉净化、绿化、美化生活环境。家人根据自己的年龄、爱好、时间参加各种健康 的文体活动:,我夫妻俩晚上做好家务后就去街上和广场散步,放松心情、沟通感情、探讨工作和教育孩子的方法。节假日一家人到重庆、九龙洞、凤凰等地方游 玩,增进一家人的感情,享受幸福、快乐的生活。

童年是一个青苹果,涩涩的,还带有几分酸;童年是被线牵着的风筝,想挣扎但总有一双有力的手拽着。随着年龄的增长,那份童真、童趣离我们渐渐远去了……
小时候,男生和女生在一起玩很正常,可谓关系亲密无间。但随着年龄的增长,我们男生和女生那是桥归桥,路归路了!只要哪一个人和异性在一起玩,两个人肯定会被视为“早恋”或者“某某某和谁那个……”这些话本来应该是从大人的嘴里说出来的,怎么我们也会说呢?难道我们真的长大了吗?成熟了吗?还是装出来的呢?
我从小就是大个头,上一年级就坐在最后一排,我一直希望无论上几年级都和男同学坐一块。老师也仿佛明白我的心思,所以我的同桌一直是和我一样活泼调皮的男生。可是上了五年级班主任换了,新来的班主任把我安排和女生坐一桌,还说什么“男女搭配,学习不累”。我从来没和女生打过交道,为了避免彼此尴尬,我们在桌面上划了条三八线,还约法三章谁超过线就割让双倍的地方给对方,还得“贡献”5元钱。我们俩之间就像有一堵墙,保持者一定的距离。直到一次考试我忘记带尺了,真是无巧不,试卷上刚好又有画图题,我当时急得像热锅上的蚂蚁——团团转。就在这时,我听见“啪”的一声响,原来是我的同桌把自己的尺折成两半,给了我一半。考试过后我真诚地对她说了声:“谢谢你”。她微微一笑:“我们是同桌”,彼此会意地一笑。后来我终于明白,她那一折不仅仅全是折断了一把尺,也折断了我们俩之间的那堵墙。
童年的影子渐去渐远,不管我们如何挽留,它总会成为我们记忆中的一部分,但我们应该将那份童真留在心底里并陪伴我们一生。

有人告诉我在成熟中保持一颗童真的心是一件骄傲的事。
撑着油纸伞,独自彷徨在,悠长、悠长又寂寥的雨巷。我希望逢着。一个丁香一样的结着愁怨的姑娘。
这是一首诗若是以前我肯定不会多想觉得这不就是下雨嘛但是现在会想好多。
诗人一人在雨巷中独行,而他彷徨不定的步态透露着他内心的孤寂和苦闷之情,他希望遇到一个像丁香花一样的女子,与她一起走过这雨巷。
这就是童真和成熟的区别吧。要想在这个社会立足,成熟是必不可少的,但同时保持一定的童真也是很必要的。
童真,像手中蒲公英一般,风一吹,便飞走了。
在我进高中以来我学会了很多的事。我深刻的认识到两个人相处在一起要为对方着想,而不是直追着你的快乐,你认为的你喜欢的快乐。因为你不知道她到底喜不喜欢这样。
跟朋友讲话聊天都不能随随便便,不然可能你无心的一句话就会让你和他产生隔阂。也许从此你们就谁也不理谁变成最熟悉的陌生人。
但这样做人岂不是很累,说个话都要拘谨。的确,这样很累。所以我更希望保持一颗童真的心,如果可以便找一个快乐的大大咧咧的女孩子做好朋友。在我们这个年龄,成熟有一部分了童真也有一部分我觉得这样很好。
在面对同学的尖酸刻薄的话,在学习竞争严重的地方。你那么成熟从容的面对了,你用自己的方式走向玫瑰小路。当你和朋友相聚时傻乎乎做出一系列被称为“二”的行为,你那么天真烂漫。我喜欢这样的人,成熟中带一点童真。
我们班有一个叫花魁的人,虽然有时候话很多,别人欺负她,她也瞬间就忘了。与许会看到他叽叽喳喳的表现,那是他的童真吧。但她懂得要为自己的将来奋斗,并为此做出努力,这也是他的成熟。

可乐喝雪碧里有碳酸,我们可以做个实验,,把一颗牙齿放入可乐中,不过几个星期牙齿就莫名其妙的消失了,原来是被腐蚀掉了;辣的薯条里有地沟油,比如有一个人每天都在吃辣的,患上了早期胃癌。薯片里加了膨化剂,妨碍我妹的正常生长。我们吃的奶茶,都是用速溶奶茶,奶茶里的珍珠使用塑料做的。有一些奸商,再塑料管上染上颜色,就变成了颜色丰富,五彩缤纷的吸管。小摊里的食物,他们的卫生就更没有保障了;连麦当劳这家大型餐厅里的食品,他们把过期的食品卖给我们这些消费者,使我们拉肚子。做作业时,我们边吃东西边吃零食时,吃完就随手丢在马路上,比如,我们的学校随处可见垃圾,这些都是从我们学生手中扔出的。
吃零食不但危害着我们的健康,而且还影响了我们周围的环境和作业的质量。所以我们要做到以下几点要求:
1、少吃零食,尽量多吃些水果和蔬菜。
2、吃完食物后,请扔到垃圾桶里,不要随手乱扔。
3、做作业时,不要吃零食。
为了我们的健康,为了我们周围的环境,少吃零食,从我做起,从自己做起。
