With just about every presidential candidate'scampaign in full swing, one group we keep hearingabout (and will continue to) is all of the ordinary, everyday Americans: The ones who are taking thebrunt of the economic downturn, the ones who needsomeone to stand up for them, and the ones whoneed decent paying jobs to provide for their NormanRockwell, picture-perfect American families. Sowhat's the most popular suggestion for what theseeveryday Americans should do for work? DWYL – "dowhat you love."
Let's start with millennials. Fresh out of college with six-figure debts and five-figure salaries,we're being told to "do what we love" and "follow our hearts" into our careers. But if I’m goingto "keep it 100," as many of my fellow millennials might say, I think that's horrible advice.
In fact, no matter what age group you're in, or education level you've attained, I think it'sincredibly dangerous to wander down the path of "doing what you love."
If you look at job trends over the last 100 years, blue-collar and farming jobs are disappearing, but service industry and white-collar jobs are on a steady and welcome rise. New fields areemerging in the tech world every day. While we need good workers in the service industry, web developers and data scientists are in sharp demand as well.
When your most prominent career advice is "do what you love," there's a big chance you'remissing out on some of the wisest potential career decisions available to you. Whether it'sfinding a field you haven't yet discovered, or learning the value of job that can simply pay yourbills – don't put so much pressure on yourself to find that "perfect job."
Start with focusing on what skills you have, what you can learn, and how that can translate intoa sustainable job with upward mobility. The reality is: we need bus drivers, we need cooks, andwe need doormen just like we need developers, bankers, and engineers. While machines may betaking some jobs away, there are myriad jobs that aren't going anywhere – and we depend onthem in the big picture of our world's day-to-day.
Stop focusing on loving what you do, and start focusing on finding a job that fills a tangibleneed. Your love for what you do will come with the satisfaction of a job well done.

Everyone will tell you to network and be asproactive as possible, which is great advice. However,it is more important to gain a few very closerelationships, rather than many surface-level ones. So, it's true to work as hard as you possibly can, butyou have to be genuine about how you approachthings.
Work harder than the full-time employees — nights, weekends, whatever it takes ifyou're serious about getting hired.
Network, network, network. You never know who you will meet and how it will affectyour future.
Networking with other interns will get you nowhere.
Interns should focus on the one person who can be their mentor — that individualcan be a go-to person for career advice and, more importantly, a reference.
This might seem obvious, but interns should also work their asses off. If they stay late tofinish up an important project, their supervisor will remember that hard work the next timethere's a job opening.
Don't just wait for suitable internships to become available or get advertised; beproactive and seek out the companies you'd like to work for. Contacting them directlyand inquiring about internship opportunities will make you stand out from the rest of thecandidates.
Plus employers appreciate individuals who go after what they want. They may consideroffering you an internship even if it's not something they usually practice as an organization.
Keep your head down is terrible advice. Find out who's doing interesting work, and askor figure out how you can help. Be proactive, curious, and useful.
Always be enthusiastic and excited about the work you're doing. There's nothingworse/scarier than someone who doesn't seem to care about the work they're doing for yourcompany. Also, go to office happy hour!
So, internships are about learning something about your new career, but oftenyour bosses will be too busy to really teach you. Make sure you keep reaching out to themand asking for their advice. Don't be afraid to mess up or ask too many questions — they knowyou are just getting started and are supposed to be there to help you."
Proofread everything! And use spellcheck, even if it's just on emails with your boss.

Truly happy and successful people get that way bybecoming the best, most genuine version ofthemselves they can be. Not on the outside--on theinside. It's not about a brand, a reputation, apersona. It's about reality. Who you really are.
Sounds simple, I know. It is a simple concept. Theproblem is, it's very hard to do, it takes a lot of work, and it can take a lifetime to figure it out.
Nothing worth doing in life is ever easy. If you want to do great work, it's going to take a lot ofhard work to do it. And you're going to have to break out of your comfort zone and take somechances that will scare the crap out of you.
But you know, I can't think of a better way to spend your life. I mean, what's life for if notfinding yourself and trying to become the best, most genuine version of you that you can be?
That's what Steve Jobs meant when he said this at a Stanford University commencementspeech:
Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't let the noise of others'opinions drown out your own inner voice.
You have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust insomething--your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life.
The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking.Don't settle.
Now, let's for a moment be realistic about this. Insightful as that advice may be, it sounds alittle too amorphous and challenging to resonate with today's quick-fix culture. These days, ifyou can't tell people exactly what to do and how to do it, it falls on deaf ears.
Not only that, but what Jobs was talking about, what I'm talking about, requires focus anddiscipline, two things that are very hard to come by these days. Why? Because, focus anddiscipline are hard. It's so much easier to give in to distraction and instant gratification. Easyand addictive.
To give you a little incentive to take on the challenge, to embark on the road to self-discovery, here are three huge benefits from working to become the best, most genuineversion of yourself.
It will make you happy. Getting to know yourself will make you feel more comfortable in yourown skin. It will reduce your stress and anxiety. It will make you a better spouse, a betterparent, a better friend. It will make you a better person. Those are all pretty good reasons, ifyou ask me.
Besides, you really won't achieve anything significant in life until you know the real you. Notyour brand, your LinkedIn profile, how you come across, or what anyone thinks of you. Thegenuine you. There's one simple reason why you shouldn't try to be something you're not,and it's that you can't. The real you will come out anyway. So forget your personal brand andstart spending time on figuring out who you really are and trying to become the best version ofthat you can be.
You pay a huge price when you engage in mindless distraction. The only people that really careabout you are your loved ones, your friends and family. Everyone else is too busy living his ownlittle mini drama. To put it bluntly, your network couldn't care less about you.
That's why engaging yourself and others in mindless distraction isn't worth your time ortheirs. More important, it will absolutely keep you from focusing on accomplishing whatevergreat things you might manage to achieve in life if you set your mind to it.
There's a business concept called opportunity cost. When you choose one course of action, you miss out on all the other opportunities you might have chosen to pursue but didn't. Peoplerarely stop to consider that until it's too late.
It's the most exciting journey you will ever embark on. We're all enthralled by adventure. Welove to read and watch movies about other people's journeys, real or imagined. The Hobbit.Raiders of the Lost Ark. Into Thin Air.
We love to take vacations, to travel to all sorts of places. And when we do, we revel in thenatural beauty of Kauai's Na Pali Coast, the Grand Canyon, the Alps. We marvel at the greatworks of others: the art, the architecture, the Pyramids, Stonehenge.
And yet, the opportunity for adventure is right there in front of each and every one of us.Until you take it, you'll never know what you might achieve. What marvels you might create. What you might discover. All you have to do is start the journey.

Last night, I ate a lot of food, such as KTC and ice cream, before I slept, I ate some cold food in the fridge. At midnight, I felt my stomach hurt badly, my family was woke up, they sent me to the hospital. After seeing the doctor, he told me that I had eaten too much food, what’s more, the food was not healthy, so it hurt my stomach. Since then, I realized that I should not eat the rubbish food often, I should keep the healthy diet. Now my diet is regular, I won’t take in much food before sleeping, my body is becoming healthy. In the morning, I eat an egg and make sure I take in enough vitamins. Even when I see the rubbish food is tempting, I take no hesitation to say no to them. I am so proud of myself.

How artificial intelligence changes our life
Artificial intelligence is developing quicker than before. I believe one day, artificial intelligence will be one of the most important concepts likes mobile, car and house. The artificial intelligence may change our life.Firstly, may be we need't do housework any more. The robot can wash the dishes, clean the floor and even help us make the bed. Secondly, the artificial intelligence could be a search website like google, baidu. When we have any trouble, just ask it the question and it will give you the suitable answer. Thirdly, we will not come to school only stay at home to learn from the robot. Fourly, the artificial intelligence will be used as the war, which makes the world become more dangerous than before and this is the outcoming as well. Finally, I guess may be the artificial intelligence can make love with human and help them deliver child.I think the era of artificial intelligence will come sooner and later.
