较上学期而言,这学期师生之间的关系较上学期和谐许多。之前由于分班,造成了我所任教的班部分学生是我之前的学生,而另外一个班对我来说几乎都是陌生的面孔,一些学生由于适应之前教师的教学而由此对我产生了排斥感,而这种情况到现在已经不复存在。该班学生基础差,对英语又没有兴趣,也没有探究精神,学生所问的问题屈指可数,多数学生自学能力很差,学习没有计划性和策略性,但是上课大多比较认真,只是不踊跃,学生的词汇记忆将比较薄弱。为了使这些学生喜欢我的教学,我使出了浑身解数,在备课中充分考虑到学生实情,在日常的教学中特别重视学生对词汇的学习与积累,要求单词每课过关,并且每课都进行单词听写,不断督促学生多背单词、短语及一些好的句子,适时向学生介绍常用的词汇学习策略。经过我的努力,学生英语学习兴趣有了提高,成绩有了进步。

我做到认真备课。上好一堂课难,但是要备好一堂课更难。在备课之前,对教材内容做到心中有数,并参考相关资料,认真钻研教材,确定重难点;同时,备课不仅要备教材,而且还要备教法,好好地利用我们的教辅,英语周报;除此之外,更要备学生,了解学生原有的知识技能的质量,他们的兴趣、需要、方法、习惯,学习新知识可能会有哪些困难,根据学生的实际情况(即学情)采用适合易于他们接受的教学手段,不断培养学生的学习英语的兴趣。认真写好教案,对每一节课都做到“有备而来”。 备好课之后,组织展开教学活动也十分重要,在每一次的教学中,我都注意尽可能把原本枯燥的知识点生动化,为学生营造一种自然轻松的课堂气氛。这学期的模块六是选修课本,注重文化的渗透,比如说诗歌,小说等等。在教学中我会适当给学生播放一些片段,使文化的渗透显得更直观,同时,课堂也有更有气氛。多鼓励,少批评。为了使学生更爱开口,在练习中,要重视运用鼓励性语言,不断强化学生参加交际的信心。课后及时对授课做出反思,总结其中不足。
三.精心选用教辅材料,切实提高学生综合运用英语能力
本学期我选用英语周报作为教辅,以此为基础适当添加适合学生的综合练习题。根据生情,对其中的练习进行了选择处理,选用其中的基础知识题起到了做为随堂练习和课前小测的作用,巩固了课文词汇及课文内容。这一学期来周报中的单选经常超出学生所学的范畴,也只选择一小部分,对于较难的剩余练习用做分层作业布置给基础扎实的同学。另外,考虑到高二作为分水岭,学生综合运用英语的能力是非常重要的, 在以英语周报为主体的情况下,我们备课组通过一些途径找到了一些难度适中的阅读和完形题,循序渐进地练,因为所选择的材料能补充课文的一些背景知识,提高了学生的学习兴趣。本学期在作业上都及时批改及时讲解,特别在分层次布置讲解作业方面,取得了不错的成效。
四、课外加强听、读、练,认真批改每一次作业。
英语是一种语言。困此,在课堂之外,多读、多听、多练是十分必要的。为此,每一次的早读,我坚持了解早读情况,发现问题及时纠正。并鼓励学生多去背诵课文中较好的句子,让学生在背诵中不断提高他们自己的语言的语感。另外,由于部分学生对单词的记忆显得比较被动,这学期我坚持每周听写,每天布置学生完成十个单词的背诵并采取部分或全部抽查等不同方式检查,对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式,提高他们的能力。另外,为了提高英语听力,除了经常给学生播放课文录音外,还坚持让每个班的学生利用课外时间每周至少听一次英语周报听力。
认真批改作业。布置作业时,坚持做到有针对性,有层次性,形式多样化。每个学生对课堂上的知识掌握程度,都会在作业中得以直接体现出来。对于难度较大的题目,学生出现错误较多的作业,课上利用时间统一详细讲评每个错误;对于学生不该出现的问题,指导学生及时纠正。每周进行一次听写测试,对所学新单词、新短语、好句子进行听写。认真及时地批改听写。并针对学生的听写情况,认真透彻地进行讲评,根据其情况不断改进教法。从而做到因材施教,教学相长。
当然,一学期的教学工作非三言两语所能说完。总的来说,学生的上课热情提高了,课后补缺补漏的也多了,然而成绩的提高还需一段时间,另外,始终使我忧心忡忡的学生词汇量不足的情况在这学期显得格外突出。在后面一年半时间我需要去面对并找到更好的解决办法。
在努力上好课之余,为了不断提高自身水平及业务能力。我积极参加各种讲座,经常利用各校公开周的机会去听课“取经”,不断给自己“充电”,以适应时代发展对于教师职业技能的要求。
以上就是我在本学期的教学工作总结。由于经验颇浅,许多地方存在不足,我还在不断的摸索前进。希望在未来的日子里,能在各位领导老师的指导下,取得更好成绩。

转眼,一个学期就要过去了,本学期,我担任高二年3、4班(理科班)的英语教学工作。这一学期来,本人更积极地去了解学生,去摸清学生的学习基础,以便更好的“因材施教”。在教学中严格要求自己,结合本校的实际条件和学生的实际情况,认真备课、上课、听课、评课,及时批改作业、讲评作业,做好课后辅导工作,积极参加市里及学校组织的各种教学活动,使教学工作得以有计划,有组织,有步骤地开展。
立足现在,放眼未来,为使今后的工作取得更大的进步,现对本学期的教学工作总结如下:
首先,了解学情。这两个班已接触了一个学期,有些学生甚至已教了一学年,对学生的学习情况有所了解:普遍英语底子差,基础薄,学习惰性大。所以针对这个实际情况,决定采取坚持“夯实基础,狠抓双基,改进学法,激发兴趣,提高能力”的指导思想。以此激发学生的学习兴趣,不断提高学习成绩。
其次,认真备课。要提高教学质量,关键是上好课。上好一堂课难,但是要备好一堂课更难。因此,一学期来,在备课时努力做到如下几点:一认真钻研教材,对教材的基本思想、基本概念,每句话、每个字都弄清楚,了解教材的结构,重点与难点,掌握知识的逻辑,能运用自如,知道应补充哪些资料,怎样才能教好。二了解学生原有的知识技能的质量,他们的兴趣、需要、方法、习惯,学习新知识可能会有哪些困难,采取相应的预防措施。三考虑教法,解决如何把已掌握的教材传授给学生,包括如何组织教材、如何安排每节课的活动。
授课之后,做到精讲精练。针对单词,搜集一些针对性的单词题,课前利用时间做一个单词测试,直接把单词放在具体的语境中去理解。鉴于学生的基础薄弱,或是没有理解语境,无法补充所缺信息;或是知道是哪个词,不是拼写有误,就是该词的词形不对。所以单词还有待于加强巩固练习。在每单元结束时,会针对该单元教学重点难点,精简一些习题供学生练习巩固所学知识。习题或是从调研题选择,抑或是从其它套题或网络上选择具有针对性的习题供学生练习。

我认为,在课堂上,教师应用最有效的教学方法使学生进行最有效的学习。如果真正做到有效性,我认为教学观念的转变是首要!
首先,结合课堂教学的反思,我觉得英语课要有效,应该少废话多练习。过去,上课的形式大都是老师在做演员不停地说,学生就只是当观众静静地坐着听。确实效果并不好,因为有一部分学困生就会心猿意马。因此,让学生多做些练习,课堂效率就会高很多。不经过训练,就达到目的。俗话说:“曲不离口,拳不离手”。
其次,我觉得光练也不行,师生间的有效交流可以提高学生的学习积极性。学之所用才是最重要的。英语作为一门语言,本身就重在交流.记得和老外在谈话时,相对语法,他们更重视彼此间的沟通,即使犯了语法错误,还是能理解.想想也是,我们说中文时也会出现语法错误,更何况是外语。这也是课堂教学反馈的有效形式。
第三,慎用多媒体。课件的滥用,是常有的事。有时候一支粉笔、一张嘴就能让学生理解接受的教学内容为什么还要兴师动众呢!我觉得这是违背“有效”理念的!想想,有一些课咋看很好玩,课堂上学生被老师的动画、图片……吸引,兴趣高涨,可是一下来,却没有实实在在听说读写能力进行细致、深入的训练,学生什么也没有学到。所以,多媒体是一把双刃剑,需要慎用。
第四、面向全体学生,抓好落实。教学中,我经常反思:
(1)课堂教学是否面向了全体学生还只是少数学生?
(2)所讲内容是否进行了再次反馈,对大多数学生搞不懂的问题是否采取补救?
(3)学生参与课堂活动的积极性是否高,思维是否有创新?
(4)学生的预习、复 习、作业是否落到实处?
(5)是否教给了学生学习的方法,使学生有了自主学习的经验?
(6)是否帮助学生构建了知识体系并获得了解题能力?
教学无非是两个方面:教师的“教”和学生的“学”。但如何使教与学落到实处,达到教与学的最佳结合?确需我们下一番功夫。这就需要教师提高自身的素养,切实提高学生学习的效率。
总之,面对高中英语新课程,我们有过迷茫,但更多的是清醒;有过慌乱,但更多的是沉着;有过犹豫,但更多的是果断;有过泪水,但更多的是欢笑。只要更新观念,大胆尝试,不断反思,我们坚信,我们的教学道路会越来越宽敞,明天会越来越美好!
