小结:接手初三英语的教学对我来说是一个挑战,从未教过初三的英语,更无经验可谈,但我怀揣着一颗不断学习的心接手了初三的英语教学,与学生一起成长的态度对待每天的课堂教学。
一、班级及学生分析:
初三班级有26个学生组成,在本次的月考中最高分75分,最低分13分,大多数的学生都是50-60分左右,且有8个学生英语基础是相当的差。但在这次的月考中却有个学生有着很大的突破,上升了30多分,在考完之后他告诉我他每天都在坚持记单词、做题目,这让我看到了希望。
二、试题分析:
1、本套试卷的综合难度比较大,并且有10分的听力题目学生几乎是挺不懂的。
2、掌握较好的题型:单选、听力、完型填空。
3、掌握较差的题型:阅读、情景反映、翻译、单词的填写。
这也充分说明了学生在平常的学习和练习中缺少对翻译能力的培养,词汇量不足。阅读理解及回答问题方面显得不足。
三、存在问题原因及分析:
1、中等生对翻译和单词的填写感到非常的难,消除学生的这种心理,告诉学生翻译和单词的填写没什么大不了的,只需要在平常的学习加强词汇的记忆,坚持在每堂课中都板书出几个句子进行英翻中或中翻英,通过句子告诉学生翻译的技巧。
2、阅读理解。学生句子读不懂,问题读不懂、不清楚、以至答非所问,漏洞百出。究其原因:究其原因是平常见的少、做的少、所以失分较多,以后要多利用课文和练习让学生多练习、多实践,使学生做到每天做1-2篇阅读理解,久而久之英语的整体水平就上来了,促进了英语各方面的提高。
四、好的方法及措施:
1、“档案袋”式对的自己比进步:将自己平常的单词默写,测试成绩及试卷放入自制的“档案袋”中,时时查看,自己与自己比进步。
2、成立班级帮扶小组及进行比较:将所以学生按成绩分成6个学习互助小组,进行互相学习与帮助,这样有利于整体提高。
总体来说,这次的月考成绩不是很理想,无论是平均分还是优秀率与其它的学校存在一定的距离。
反思:其实,拿到这次成绩对我来说是一个促进,促我警醒、促我反思。
1、时间是质量的保证。前段时间在教学上花的时间,在学生身上辅导的时间严重不足。学生在平时学习中遇到的问题没能及时的讲解,慢慢的积淀,越积越多,以至于影响学生对知识的理解与掌握,最后势必影响考试成绩。
2、知识的讲授与巩固脱节。上课前,课堂中我几乎没有做到知识预设与生成,课后练习也未及时跟进。
3、与学生在一起的时间很少。几乎只有上课的时间才与学生在一起,但课堂的时间又是非常的有限,很难知道学生在英语学习上的困扰和不懂之处,不能及时的处理学生的问题,更难提高学生的学习英语的兴趣,在今后当多抽时间与学生在一起,对学生的问题及时处理,不要等到英语中等生对英语失去兴趣。其次,建立学生问题反馈渠道。

在上课方面,平时在教学中,认认真真,注意知识的导入,上课的衔接,重基础知识的传授、基本技能的训练,在科学探究的教学过程中让学生能经历探究的过程和为什么这么做的原因。作业布置不多,课后也认真作了批改,要求学生把做错的作业要求订正,在教师上课这方面应该说是没有大问题。
在这次测试中,班级学生出现好坏两极分化很严重,班级最高分和最低分相差有49分,本来在学生成绩应该是中间大,尾较小分布,现在变成尾很大的不正常分布,造成班级均分不高,究期原因有以下几个方面:
一、本届学生对学习和学习成绩没有要求,学习的态度和行为习惯差,具体可从学生作业的态度上反应出来,字迹潦草,连自己的名字多写得连自己都不认识,所做的作业就像是草稿,为了作业的字迹问题,也单独找过学生进行了解和谈心,说了学生自己也知道这样做不好,但仍然在作业上一如既往没有改观,上课听课时的坐姿一看就不舒服,居然有个别学生在上课能睡觉,发现他们睡觉时也采取了教师常用的方法提醒,课后找他们了解原因,回答是我想大家都明白。但收效甚微,想改,但无法控制自己的行为,还有部分学生找借口说:我八年级物理没有学好,现在我学不好了。一句话就是懒怕苦。为此也找他们进行了思想交流,说九年级物理的内容与八年级内容不同,就相当于大家又站在同一起跑线上一起跑,对于一部分思想上想学的学生,通过这半个学期的教学学习习惯和学习成绩有了较大提高。
二、学生对课堂学习知识的巩固情况不容乐观:具体表现在作业完成情况看尽管作业不多,但两个班都有作业部分学生是抄袭或不做,造成所学内容没有巩固,课堂上听懂了,但不巩固,知识掌握情况就不好,从试卷上看基础部分得分情况也只有70--80%,对于能力部分得分也只有50--60%,还有就是作图,知识迁移能力较弱,可从实验探究得分率只有40%多,尽管课堂上对于实验探究过程以及为什么要这样做带领学生一起寻找到了原因,但从学生答题来看在测滑轮组机械效率试验时应怎样拉动弹簧秤的回答发现掌握情况只有50%,所以在下阶段的教学中任务艰巨,怎样提高学生对知识掌握成为迫切需要解决的问题。
下阶段准备的做法:
1、 继续保持以前好的做法,课后在作业问题上下功夫,从学生字迹上和学生作业完成情况上和杜绝抄作业上入手,课堂上多做一些与基础知识相关的练习,加强默写和抽查,以便来督促学生对基础知识的巩固。
2、 对于一些程度相对来说较好的学生和想学的学生,在课堂上加以引导和能力的训练,以提高他们的解题能力使他们的成绩有所提高,能让他们在中考中取得较好的成绩,进入自己满意的高中。
3、 课后加强辅导来帮助一些理解上不是较好的而又想学的学生,使他们的成绩有所突破。

蜡烛燃烧的实验,学生观察到吹灭蜡烛的一瞬间,冒出一缕白烟。之后的另一个实验,我打开浓盐酸的瓶塞,让学生观察现象,学生异口同声地喊到:有白烟。这个是在我意料之中的。因为在没有学习化学之前,学生对于烟和雾的概念是模糊的,不了解烟和雾的本质区别。我于是讲解了一下,烟是固体小颗粒,雾是液体小液滴。我以为学生从此以后会分清烟和雾。没想到之后的,几个实验,涉及到此类现象,还是有学生出错。看来是我太高估他们了。今后,我要注意重要知识点的不断反复讲解,帮助学生理解记忆,他们才能铭记在心。

一、对学生的思想工作做得不到位
1班和2班相比,1班的尖子生比较多,每次考试高分几乎都出现在1班,但是,这次最高分得主竟是2班的吴栋锋同学,考取了49分,漏填一个空,失去一分。该同学学习非常认真,态度端正,学习过程中从不放过任何可疑之点,总爱问个明白。而1班的同学却非这样,自以为学得不错了,上课时听课不够认真,教学中我也读这样优秀的学生过高估计,对其烦的错误没有及时纠正,对于一些态度比较浮躁的同学也没有及时了解情况,并做好思想工作。在今后的教学工作中,要善于发现学生的问题,多深入学生中了解思想的变化,做好思想工作,强调态度决定一切。
二、进一步强调认真审题,培养良好的做题习惯。
试题15题的第2问,让写出能与LiOH发生复分解反应的化学式,有一部分学生因写了LiOH与盐发生反应的化学方程式而失分;19题的1问,向盛有少量CaCI2溶液的试管中滴入酚酞试液,溶液无明显变化,结论“CaCI2溶液不能使酚酞变色”,这样说不错,但在这一题中是不恰当的,因为此题是探究石灰水中的Ca2+、OH-、H2O;是哪种微粒使酚酞试液变红。回答不符合题意而失分。其实,平常的考试中这样的情况也时而出现,关键是学生定势思维,总想按以前做类似题的思路去解题,而不是根据自己所学的理论知识、分析问题的方法等,按照出题人的要求,出题人的意思去做题,当下发试卷时,看到错了,或根据老师的提示才恍然大悟,为之失分而叹息,而后悔。现在试题好多考查到了学生的细心程度、灵活程度。在今后的教学工作中应加强认证身体,灵活思维训练,培养良好的解题习惯,努力保证学生不会因此而失冤枉分。
三、化学方程式的书写抓得不到位
化学方程式是一个非常重要的化学用语,根据一个化学方程式可以获得好多信息。化学方程式的书写也是中招考试经常考查的内容。上一学期每节课的前几分钟,我都要提问学生一些概念或板演一些化学方程式,收到了良好的教学效果。这一学期对学生也是这样要求的,但是,因为急着复习赶课,没有坚持,只是学生对20小题失分较高。当然,此题也考查到了学生的发散思维能力,答案不唯一,这也是中招试题考查的一个趋向,这也是教学中对学生思维能力培养的一个重中之重。我们常说,坚持就是胜利,亡羊补牢犹未晚,在后半学期的教学中,我将继续坚持抓好化学方程式的书写工作。
四、有一定难度的经典性的题仍是失分的重点
在评讲试卷的过程中,对于反应前后溶液质量的变化体,除杂提,求纯度的题等,仍有好多同学要求讲,其实这些常考查的经典性的题不知讲了多少遍了,包括解题的基本思路和解题的技巧等,学生仍出错,不会方法。我感觉到自己一遍一遍的讲解是无效的,学生的听讲也是无效的,到底采用什么样的教学方法才最有效呢?才能面向一切学生呢?我努力在教学中探索。我想在教学中多听一些不懂的,没听会的同学的困惑或他们的讲解应该好一些吧。
五、对中等学生的学习抓得不到位
通过我校成绩与一中学生的总分与化学成绩的对比发现1、2班前几名学生的总分与一中学生相比不差上下,甚至比一中学生好一些,化学成绩也是如此。但是,往下看中间一部分学生的成绩与一中学生相比就有一定差距了。中等生的潜力是不可忽视的,在教学中我对中等生的思想、学习等方面抓的不是很到位。实验操作考试已结束,教学中应抽出更多时间去了解这些学生,关心这些学生,督促、鼓励这些学生,尽力帮助他们有更大的进步。
期中考试反映出来的问题,也许不仅是以上所写到的,但是把发现的问题在教学中逐一解决,我想自己的教学应该有所进步。

二、答题情况:

3、现代文阅读得分提高最大。但仍有学生对于作者所要表达地情感理解地不到位,或是不能读懂文章,或是读得不是很明白。
4、作文:最大的进步是文面有所改观,减少了不写或写得太少的数。
四、 下一阶段教学建议
(一)“积累与运用”版块教学建议
1、夯实基础,不能偏废语文教学中的字词积累和运用,扎扎实实地搞好常规教学,加强积累。
2、诗句积累中在识记理解的同时,注意创造一定的语言环境让提高学生运用诗句的能力。诗歌的默写应该不遗余力的督促落实,学生丢分最多的还是错别字。
3、还要常抓常检测,对于容易出错的字词,反复强调,反复练习。
(二)“文言文阅读”版块教学建议
1、文言文的教学,不只停留在读的层面上,应该字字落实,句句落实,一定要重视词语积累,尤其是文言实词的积累,特别是课下有注释的词语。文言文不但要讲,还要细讲、详讲、讲透,讲完后还是落实,引导学生积累、归纳、总结,在教学中引导学生迁移,运用所学到的知识来解答、释疑,运用所学到的知识举一反三,触类旁通。
2、教给学生翻译文言文的方法和技巧提高其翻译能力,要让学生适当了解、掌握必要的文言知识和语言规律以及语法现象,如词类活用、文言句式。

2、训练的过程中注意培养审题的能力,抓住关键词,推敲关键词,理解题干,准确的回答问题。在学生动笔做题的之前,首先要清楚我要做什么,题干要我做什么。否则费力不讨好,牛头不对马嘴。
3、明确题目考查要点,清晰能力点,有针对性地进行训练。在训练的过程中,不妨把多个学生答案并列出来,让学生自己比较、鉴别、推敲、琢磨,以训练学生语言表达能力,让学生学会准确表达,简练概括。

(四)作文教学建议

在刚刚结束的期中考试中,我们初三年级c班的数学试卷并不难,我班数学平均分为90分。在这次考试中,原本一些不及格的学生,数学成绩却考到了60分以上,主要的原因:其一是他们自身的努力,其二是降低了试卷的难度。从学生答题情况来看,基础知识掌握得较好,概念理解得较透彻,计算题和解方程的准确率较高,但部分学生理解能力较差,应用题审题不清,导致出现不少错误。几何证明题分析问题的思路上不去,分析问题的方法掌握得不够好。另外,部分学生学习习惯较差,接受能力较差,碰到思维力度较强的题目就无法解答。在今后的教学中,要特别注重对发展不理想学生的辅导,注重对学生理解能力、分析问题解决问题能力的培养。
在今后的教学中,我要在以下几个方面多下功夫:
一、树立每一位学生学习的自信心,培养学生的学习兴趣,正确的学习方法。
引导学生逐渐认识实际生活中的问题。如结合信息科技,为学生创设熟悉的教学情境,让学生认识到生活中处处存在数学问题,数学来源于生活又应用于生活,激发学生学习数学的兴趣和认识学习数学的必要性,调动学生学习数学的主观能动性。
二、指导学生解决问题时,要留给学生思考的余地。
学生用数学不是靠教师“教会”的,而是学生“想懂”的。古人云“授之以鱼不如授之以渔”。在解决实际问题中充分发挥学生灵活运用数学知识解决问题的能力,使学生的思维得到充分的发展。教学过程当中教师要注意让学生亲身感受数学的由来及关注知识的生成。
三、结合学生的基础和教学内容因材施教。
在教学中和学生经常沟通,了解学生的学习感悟,时刻调整自己的教学策略。
四、两手抓两手都要硬。
在提高课堂教学质量的同时,抓好学生的管理,特别是关注习惯差的学生。重视反馈环节,课后注意作业完成情况,集体性批阅与个别面批相结合。
“不是锤的敲打,而是水的抚摸,才使鹅卵石这般光滑剔透。”作为一个老师,如果在威严中不失宽容,多总结教学中的得与失,多找自身的原因,教育学生才会真正有效。

(1)面向全体,注重能力考查
此次测试,是以学生的发展为本,根据我市的教学实际,面向全体学生,努力使不同层面的学生都获得较理想的成绩。采取低起点、小坡度、广覆盖的命题原则,(如计算题)主要考查学生对基础知识和基本技能的掌握情况,适当考查学生分析解决问题的能力,(如对基本概念的考察)突出其水平测试功能,采用活用教材、注重探究、关注过程、开放创新的方式创设新题,(如11题)以此来考查学生灵活运用所学知识分析和解决问题的能力、实践与创新能力,体现其选拔功能。
(2)对教学的导向作用
考试的改革促进教学的改革,考试的改革促进课堂教学的改革。此次测试,做到“扣紧范围、活用教材、体现课改,联系实际、开放有度、着眼基础、注意能力、指导教学、有利创新”。对我校后期教学具有很好的向导作用。
(3)体现新课改精神
此次测试坚持稳中求变、变中求新,难度相对稳定。考查内容尊重学生的实际,关注学生今后发展所需要的最基础的物理知识和技能,重视知识之间的联系,如卷中第25题;试题的素材、内容方面体现考查学生物理科学素养(知识和技能、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观),如第10小题等;加强对实验探究为核心的科学探究活动和科学探究能力的考查,第20、21、22、23题等。
(4)探究创新,突出学科特色,联系实际,学以致用。此次试题中,联系社会实际、生活实际和现代科学的有第1、2、3、5题,体现了物理的价值在于运用到现实生活中去的真谛。这些紧密联系社会、日常生活和科技发展的物理知识,拓宽了学生的知识视野,激发了学生的学习兴趣和热情,增强了学生的社会责任感。
注重学习过程,引导学法。注重学习过程,寻求学习规律,学生在探究性学习过程中,改变过去强调接受学习、死记硬背、机械训练的现象,不只是停留于单纯的知识的记忆,而是主动地参与知识的建构,并通过不断反思学习过程,悟出学习方法,学会学习。如第25题通过学生对所学物理知识的归纳,引导学生回味物理学习过程,悟法开窍。
三、答卷中主要问题的原因分析
1.基础知识和基本技能不扎实。表现在对物理语言表述不清;对物理公式不能正确理解;对物理概念混淆不清,如21题、24题,计算能力非常薄弱如6、25题;不会分析物理图像如6题等等。
2.实验基本技能差。

The spider (蜘蛛) is very little and clever. Its body is made up of two parts. It has four pairs of legs and eight little eyes.
The spider loves work. It begins to work as soon as it begins to live. Every spider is a weaver. Even the youngest spider knows how to weave (编织) its web (网) just as well as the oldest.
The silk of which it makes its web comes from its body. It is like hairs. Many of these hairs come out at the same time, but they are all formed into one rope of silk. It is so thin that a hundred of them together are only as thick as a human hair.
