"i'll be back in two minutes," i yelled at sharon as i closed the door. but instead, those two minutes changed my life forever.

entering the convenience store was like entering the twilight zone. on the outside i was a healthy, athletic, pre-med student, but on the inside i was just another statistic of a violent crime. i thought i was entering an empty store, but suddenly i realized it was not empty at all. three robbers were in the process of committing a robbery and my entrance into the store caught them by surprise. one of the criminals immediately shoved a .38 caliber handgun to my head, ordered me to the cooler, pushed me down on the floor, and pumped a bullet into the back of my head -- execution style. he obviously thought i was dead because he did not shoot me again. the trio of thieves finished robbing the store and left calmly.

meanwhile, sharon wondered why i had not returned. after seeing the three men leave the store she really began to worry as i was the last person she saw entering the store. she quickly went inside to look for me, but saw no one-only an almost empty cash register containing one check and several pennies. quickly she ran down each aisle shouting, "mike, mike!"

but i did make it through the night and early in the morning the neurosurgeon decided to operate. however, he quickly informed my family and sharon that my chances of surviving the surgery were only 40/60. if this were not bad enough, the neurosurgeon further shocked my family by telling them what life would be like for me if i beat the odds and survived. he said i probably would never walk, talk, or be able to understand even simple commands.

my hallucinations, coupled with my physical problems, made my prognosis still very bleak. however, as time passed my mind began to clear and approximately six weeks later my right leg began to move ever so slightly. within seven weeks my right arm slowly began to move and at eight weeks i uttered my first few words. my speech was extremely difficult and slow in the beginning, but at least it was a beginning. i was starting to look forward to each new day to see how far i would progress. but just as i thought my life was finally looking brighter i was tested by the hospital euro-psychologist. she explained to me that judging from my test results she believed that i should not focus on returning to college but that it would be better to set more "realistic goals."

on may 24, 1987, i realized that nothing could ever match the joy i felt as sharon and i were married. sharon, my high school sweetheart of nine years, had always stood by me, through good and bad times. to me, sharon is my miracle, my diamond in a world filled with problems, hurt, and pain. it was sharon who dropped out of school when i was hurt so that she could constantly be at my side. she never wavered or gave up on me. it was her faith and love that pulled me through so many dark days. while other nineteen year old girls were going to parties and enjoying life, sharon devoted her life to my recovery. that, to me, is the true definition of love. after our beautiful wedding i continued working part time at the pain center and completed my work for a masters degree. we were extremely happy, but even happier when we learned sharon was pregnant.

on july 11, 1990 at 12:15 a.m. sharon woke me with the news: "we need to go to the hospital… my water just broke." i couldn't help but think how ironic it was that my life almost ended in a convenience store and now on the date "7-11" we were about to bring a new life into this world. this time it was my turn to help sharon as she had helped me over those past years. she was in labor for 15 hours. at 3:10 p.m. sharon and i experienced the birth of our beautiful daughter, shawn elyse segal! tears of joy and happiness came to my eyes as our healthy, alert, wonderful daughter entered this world. we anxiously counted her 10 fingers and her 10 toes and watched her wide eyes take in the world about her. it was truly a beautiful picture that was etched in my mind forever as she lie in her mother's waiting arms, just minutes after her birth. at that moment i thanked god for blessing us with the greatest miracle of all-shawn elyse segal.

随着寒假的接近,这个学期已经接近尾声。本学期我担当高二74班,76班两个理科班的英语教学工作。由于从事教学仅一年半,教学经验尚浅,而高二年又是衔接高一与高三关键的一年,因此,我对教学工作不敢怠慢,认真学习,深入研究教法,虚心向学校老教师学习,学到了很多宝贵的经验,也认识到了自己的不足。以下是我在本学期的教学情况。
首先,较上学期而言,这学期两个班级的差距不断缩小,师生之间的关系也较上学期和谐许多。之前由于分班,造成了我所任教的两个班,有一个班的大部分学生是我之前的学生,而另外一个班对我来说几乎都是陌生的面孔,一些学生由于适应之前教师的教学而由此对我产生了排斥感,而这种情况到现在已经不复存在。为了使这些学生喜欢我的教学,我使出了浑身解数,始终用一种积极乐观的态度去对待他们,令我欣慰的是,经过我的努力这种情况得到了改观。这学期我一直在不断地尝试方法,寻找磨合点,希望能使原本不喜欢英语的学生,特别是男生喜欢上英语,不再让英语成为他们的所有学科中的后腿。也许这是对一个新教师的考验,也许逆境中才能成长,我相信,只要我认认真真备好课,不去忽略任何一个学生,用真挚的心去对待每一个学生,让学英语变成一件快乐的事情,一切问题都会解决的。我相信我一定会做到。
其次,要上好一堂课很重要的是要充分认真的备好课。上好课难,备好课更难。因此,本学期,我在备课时努力做到认真钻研教材,认真学习课标,了解教材的结构,重点与难点,自如应用知识逻辑,并能好好地利用我们的教辅,英语周报。同时,了解学生原有的知识技能的质量,他们的兴趣、需要、方法、习惯,学习新知识可能会有哪些困难,采取相应的预防措施。在备课时积极向其他老师“取经”。备好课之后,组织展开教学活动也十分重要,在每一次的教学中,我都注意尽可能把原本枯燥的知识点生动化,为学生营造一种自然轻松的课堂气氛。这学期的模块六是选修课本,注重文化的渗透,比如说诗歌,小说等等。在教学中我会适当给学生播放一些片段,使文化的渗透显得更直观,同时,课堂也有更有气氛。
英语是一种语言。困此,在课堂之外,多读,多听,多练是十分必要的。为此,每一次的早读,我坚持了解早读情况,发现问题及时纠正。并鼓励学生多去背诵课文中较好的句子,让学生在背诵中不断提高他们自己的语言的语感。另外,由于部分学生对单词的记忆显得比较被动,这学期我坚持每节课听写,每天布置学生完成十个单词的背诵并采取部分或全部抽查等不同方式检查,对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式,提高他们的能力。另外,为了提高英语听力,我坚持让每个班的学生利用课外时间每周至少听一次英语周报听力。
最后,在努力上好课之余,为了不断提高自身水平及业务能力。我积极参加各种讲座,经常利用各校公开周的机会去听课“取经”,另外,在本学期末将参加青年教师知识能力竞赛,不断给自己“充电”,以适应时代发展对于教师职业技能的要求。
以上几点是我对于这学期的教学工作所进行的总结,我自感取得了一些进步,但还存在不少问题,我还在不断的摸索前进,希望在未来的日子里,能在各位领导老师指导下,争取进得进步。

高二下学期是高中阶段一个重要的时期,是进入高三的一个转折点,这一时期的英语教育教学尤其重要,现将本学期的教学工作做一个计划。本文是高二的英语教师工作计划,欢迎阅读。
一、所教班级基本情况
本学期我担任高二(2)、(14)班的英语教学,经过上学期的教学,学生已基本适应了上课的流程和掌握一定的学习方法,但是学生的语法基础普遍薄弱,单词记忆不是很理想,听说读写的英语能力也需要进一步提高。
二、教学指导思想
注意根据我班学生实际,努力发展学生自主学习和合作学习的能力;形成有效的英语学习策略;培养学生的综合运用语言的能力;特别注重提高学生用英语进行思维和表达的能力。继续拓宽学生的知识面,全面培养听、说、读、写四会能力,理解、分析和阅读的能力,让学生有效改善自己的英语学习。
三、主要措施
(一)教学方面:
高二年级是高中的重要阶段,又是高中三年的承上启下阶段。因此,让学生在高二年级打好学科基础并有所发展是极其重要的。本学期应达到以下目标:巩固、扩大基础知识;培养口头和书面初步运用英语进行交际的能力,侧重培养阅读能力;发展智力,培养自学能力。具体来说:
1.加强学的研究,充分发挥学的主动性
只有当教与学形成了合力,教学才能取得最佳的效果。因此,要帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯,指导他们掌握有效的学习方法,使他们乐学更善学。
高中生应有的习惯和方法主要包括: (1)学会查英语词典并勤查词典;坚持每天朗读,学会背诵的有效方法;(2)利用每天的零碎时间反复多次记忆单词,学会记忆单词的多种方法;(3)学会观察语言现象,总结语言规律 ( 如通过某例句总结出某词的用法 ) ;(4)养成良好的作业习惯 ( 整洁、独立完成 ) ,掌握各种解题技巧;(5) 坚持预习,学会看书;(6) 积极思考、大胆质疑;(7)学会记笔记和整理笔记。
2.强化三关训练,夯实语言功底
词汇、阅读、语法是每个立志要学好英语的人必须过的三关,三者有联系但不能相互代替。
词汇教学主要是使学生掌握词义、词的搭配和用法。
具体做法如下: 1.积累词语,对课文涉及的重要词语,要总结、查字典解释重点记忆。2.每单元写一百字左右与课文内容相关的作文短文阅读是吸收信息、学习语言、提高水平的最有效途径.因此,提高学生的阅读理解能力是教学的重要目标之一。本学期将有计划地坚持每周补充几篇课外阅读文章并让学生阅读报刊文章写点评,让学生在大量阅读中提高阅读理解能力。
语法是英语的框架结构。高中英语语法项目较多,为帮助学生理清思路,准确表达思想,必须引导学生学好语法。本学期将在每周安排一节课,系统地和学生一起学习各项语法内容。
4、在阅读方面,阅读理解能力的培养是高中教学的重点,也是高考的重头戏。在单元教学中精心设计一节课阅读课,充分培养锻炼学生的阅读能力,阅读技巧,阅读速度和阅读效率,并且有计划的指导学生掌握科
学的阅读方法。
6、在写作方面,坚持每周一次作文训练,训练题材、方法力求多样化,并能及时进行讲评。并针对我班学生的写作基础,给予英文写作的指导和误区分析,可适当让学生多背诵一些常用的句型,句式,词汇和短语,或是很有代表性的范文。鼓励学生写英文日记,对个别英语特差的学生尽量多批改、多指导。
(二)在教研方面:
1、认真研究新课程标准,尤其与旧大纲不同的地方,清楚哪些内容是新增加的,哪些内容是已经删掉的,哪些内容初中已经学的。认真研究新教材,在集体备课的基础上认真备课、上课,认真进行自习辅导和批改作业。
2、坚持每周互相听评课活动,相互取长补短,提高自己的教学能力 。
3、集体备课是提高教学质量和整体教学水平的有力保证,有利于教师互为补充、共同提高。作为高二英语组备课组长,除了安排好组内成员的各项任务和完成自己所负责的任务以外,我会按时参加集体备课,集体备课前先了解所教单元的重点、难点及在高考中的比重及为完成教学内容所用的教法,然后与全组人员共同探讨,最后确定下来。

Americans are more concerned with getting things accomplished on time than they are with developing interpersonal relations. Their lives seem controlled by the little machines they wear on their wrists, cutting their discussions off abruptly to make their next appointment on time. This philosophy has enabled Americans to be extremely productive, and productivity Is highly valued In their country.

一.教学目标

二、教学资源分析
本学期教材是选修七和选修八,共十个单元,词汇量较大,以阅读为主,提高学生的阅读能力,扩大词汇量。
三、学生基本情况分析
本学期我所任教高二(2)(6)两个班级为理科,虽然他们的成绩还不拔尖,与其他有些学生的成绩还有距离,但他们在这一年的学习过程中,还是有着很大的进步,特别是那些已有将来明确目标的同学。但也有极个别学生上课效率低,作业马虎、不交,课外时间全部放在休闲娱乐上,课堂上打瞌睡的现象时有发生。还有一些学生则是由于缺乏坚持不懈的顽强毅力,害怕背诵、记忆,只满足于课堂上听听课,课后没有复习、预习等学习环节,导致英语成绩提高缓慢。
四、教学方法设计
1、钻研并创造性地利用教材,灵活使用,发挥教材特点。
2、内容要求学生一定要过词汇关,反复朗读、默写单词、以便加强学生对基础知识的掌握。摒弃不切实际的教学步骤,抓重点,搞强化,在日常教学中渗透语法意识。利用教材提高学生的基本功,坚持默写单词及重点句型。
3、本学期仍要坚持训练学生的听力和并开展任务型写作教学。扎实写作常用句型的同时,要求向句群篇章背诵过渡,培养良好的学习习惯和写作基础。
4、培养学生的阅读能力,并以这些材料为基础,扩充学生词汇量,做到每学完一篇课文,就进行词汇检测。拓宽教材,扩展学生阅读量,努力补充学生的词汇。在平时教学过程中不断扩大学生的词汇量,词汇教学以新带旧,从而达到巩固扩充词汇的目的,做到经常督促、检测。
5、加大基础写作训练的力度,大力鼓励学生学以致用。并要求学生背范文、教师精选的课文段落、写作必背句型,使学生熟悉英语的句式结构及习惯用法,从句到篇,从而写出完整的英语文章。另外每周进行一篇的写作训练,鼓励运用背过的句型,提高学生的写作能力。
6、综合检查。准备每一单元做一次练习,主要以结合当前教学内容为主要测试内容, 间或分块测试,习题的训练在于精而不在于多。在教学中尽量按照高考的知识体系有针对性地选择典型性题目。针对共性问题进行精讲,让学生在书本中找到解决问题的源泉,学会思考、整理和归纳。

一、指导思想

二、学生情况分析

b)学生在学习策略和情感态度方面也存在需要进一步解决的问题。例如:学习缺乏主动性、自觉性;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯,不能主动做好课前预习和课后复习工作,学习没有计划性和策略性,也不注意知识的积累和巩固。
c)在课堂上,习惯于以往被动地接受所传授的知识,不善于发现和总结语言规律,学习的主体性不突出。
三、教材与教辅的分析
本学期采用的仍然是外研社的英语教材,包括选修修模块7和8。所以本学期教学任务更加繁重,时间更加加紧迫。每一单元除了关注阅读、写作、听力、视听说等语言实践活动,还关注语言知识、情感态度、文化意识和学习策略等。其中,通过并利用教材培养和坚强学生的阅读理解能力和以前的必修教材有很大的不同。本学期的选修教材强调学生综合语言运用能力的培养和提高,所以重点在于培养学生用英语获取信息、处理信息的能力;用英语分析问题、解决问题的能力;用英语进行思维和表达的能力。难点在于学生在情感态度和学习策略上的改变,达到用英语思维和表达的目标。
四、教学目标
通过对选修模块7、8的学习,让学生有丰富的生活常识、多文化背景的积累,并形成正确人生观、价值观,有积极的情感态度和跨文化的交际能力。同时培养自主学习能力,积累学习方法。更重要的是培养学会僧的阅读理解能力,提高学生的应试水平。
五、教学措施
a)让学生每天积累几个单词,利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查,保证效果并坚持下去。
b)认真贯彻晨读制度:规定晨读内容,加强监督,保证晨读效果。
c)实行过程性评价,调动学生积极性,通过不同方式的检测,让进步的同学体会到成就感,让落后的同学找出差距,感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围,培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。
d)关注学生的情感,营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。
e)在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容,创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动,吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式,学习和使用英语,完成学习任务。
f)经常进行教学反思,适时调整教学方法,符合学生的真实情况,利于学生的有效性学习。

高二下学期是高中阶段一个重要的时期,是进入高三的一个转折点,这一时期的教育教学尤其重要,因此特制定如下教育教学计划:
一、指导思想
以新课程标准为准绳,以牛津意林版教材为依托和基础,密切关注高考动态,充分发挥团队功能,挖掘学生潜能,扎实抓好双基,始终坚持大量的语言积累与适时、有效的语言综合训练,努力提高学生的综合素质和解题技巧,以适应高考的形式和要求。
突出英语教学实践第一的观点,教学中注意教学策略和学习策略的渗透,注意学生情感态度和动机的培养,促进心智,文化意识的培养,注重教学的反思。根据认知规律,提高学生自主学习和合作学习的能力,培养学生终生学习的能力。
研究高考试题和高考动向,从思想上和行动上提前带领学生进入高三。带领学生顺利度过学业水平考试的复习。
二、学情分析
本届高高二学生虽已经过近两年的高中英语学习,但情况并不容乐观。尖子生不尖,大多数学生基础不够扎实,活学活用能力欠缺,推理、概括能力严重不足,答题欠规范等问题相当突出,而且相当一部分学生英语底子薄,厌学情绪严重,所以在对学生全面抓紧,强化训练的同时,兼顾学生情趣,营造和谐、轻松而又高效的课堂,是我们每一位英语教师都必须努力解决的课题。
三、教材分析 本学期要完成选修七、八两本书,使学生达到课标规定的八级要求。选修教材侧重知识的融合、综合和复习总结,教材难度明显加大,词汇量加大,篇幅加长;侧重技能的融合,阅读与表达以及知识的宽度与厚度;语言知识、文化思维、话题范围及词汇量既有对必修的重现,又有一定的扩展。
四、教学任务
依据教学步骤完成模块7及模块8的教学内容:各模块课标基本词汇的掌握;各模块基础语法项目的复习;各模块写作项目;各模块的听力训练。
以课本为主,以夯实基础为主,能使绝大部分学生看懂课文,掌握基本的词法,句法,获得使用基本的语言知识及基本技能。
要加大学生的课外阅读量,达到3万词;重视各种能力的提升;加强学法指导,帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯和自主学习的能力;加大知识落实力度,重视知识积累;改变教学方式,保持学生学习兴趣。
本学期要进行学业水平考试,所以,在上完模块七八之后,还要复习学业水平考试相关内容,(模块一至模块五)加大这部分的复习力度 ,主要是以相关练习为主,知识的归纳和总结。
五、教学措施
1、研究并创造性地使用教材,做好教材整合与删减工作,结合学生实际,发扬教材特点 。
2、加强课堂教学管理,以提高课堂教学效益。
3、培养学生的阅读技能,各模块的教学中,重视阅读教学,充分利用模块里面的四篇阅读文章,有计划的指导学生掌握科学的阅读方法。
4、加大写作训练的力度,鼓励学生学致使用。并要求学生背范文、教师精选的课文段落、写作必背句型,使他们熟习英语的句式构造及习惯用法,从句到篇,从而写出完好的英语文章。另外每周进行一篇写作训练,鼓舞运用背过的句型,提高学生的写作技能。坚持作文训练,训练题材,方法力求多样化,并能及时进行讲评。鼓励学生写英文日记。
5、综合训练
每一单元进行一次综合练习,习题的训练在于精而不在于多。高二下学期的学生,很快就要进入高三然后参与高考。因而在打牢根底的同时,应该让他们了解高考的情形,适当选择部分高考题,让学生感受、体验;尤其是对尖子生,要鼓励他们去做高考题。要重点加强完形和阅读这两大板块的训练力度。
6、坚持训练听力,使英语学习完整,促进英语学习的其他方面,在教材听力材料的基础上,利用相关练习对学生进行听力训练。
7、单词一直是学生的难点,薄弱点,直接影响学生综合能力的提高,在教学中要重视词汇教学,狠抓单词的记忆与巩固以及对词汇的意义与用法的掌握。以教材文章为根底,扩大词汇量,做到每学完一篇课文,就行词汇检测。在平常教学进程中不时
扩展词汇量,词汇教学以新带旧,从而到达稳固扩大词汇的目的,做到常常催促、检测,帮学生掌握科学的单词记忆的方法和养成勤查词典的习惯。

高二的英语教学是学生的关键环节,英语教师应该使教学工作有计划,有组织,有步骤地开展。本文是高二英语教师的教学工作个人总结,欢迎阅读。
本学期我继续担任高二3、4两个理科班的英语科教学,根据学期初制定的教学计划,现已基本完成教学任务。这一学期来,本人更积极地去了解学生,去摸清学生的学习基础,以便以更好的“因材施教”。在教学中认真备课、上课、听课、评课,及时批改作业、讲评作业,做好课后辅导工作,广泛涉猎各种知识,形成比较完整的知识结构,严格要求学生,尊重学生,发扬教学民主,使学生学有所得,从而不断提高自己的教学水平和思想觉悟,并顺利完成教育教学任务。
下面是本人对一学期教学工作的一个总结。
理科班男生多,而多数男生讨厌背单词,因此他们最大的难关就是单词关,词汇量少,严重影响了他们对英语的学习兴趣。针对这一点,我在日常的教学中特别重视学生对词汇的学习与积累,要求单词每课过关,并且每课都进行单词听写,要求人人过关,不断督促学生多背单词、短语及一些好的句子。不过,每个班总是有5、6个学生就是不肯去背单词。
由于是新教材,对每课的教材处理,在备课组内都会先进行认真的讨论,并结合新课标的要求,进行取舍,真正做到了用教材教学,而不是单纯地教教材。每一堂课,我都是结合我们学生的实际情况,精心地备课并认真写好教案。课后能及时进行反思小结,不断提高自己的业务水平。
本学期我们选用英语周报作为教辅材料,充分发挥了它的作用。每周进行俩次听力训练,选用部分随堂练习作为课堂巩固练习。周报上的完形填空和语法填空,要求大家认真去完成并及时讲评。阅读理解和写作部分作为选做内容,一小部分基础差的学生,我只要求他们选做容易的题。另外,每班有15人,鼓励她们每周写一篇作文,我都采取当面批改,经过一段时间的训练,这部分学生的书面表达能力有了很大的提高。我认为本学期我在分层次布置作业方面,取得了不错的成效。
课后我积极参与听课、评课,虚心向同行学习教学方法,博采众长,提高教学水平。
一学期来,所任教班级学生的英语学习兴趣及能力有所提高,在学校组织的历次考试中,成绩进步明显。

首先,教研员李老师做了《如何搞好网络大集体备课》的发言,强调了八个问题,不仅为常识大集体备课指明了方向,而且激发了与会老师们参加集体备课的高度热情。这八个问题是:
一、网络大集体备课的含义;
二、与以往集体备课的联系与区别;
三、网络大集体备课的意义及优点;
四、集体备课的内容与范围;
五、大集体备课的形式与要求;
六、大集体备课基本程序;
七、搞好大集体备课要应该树立的三种意识;
八、集体备课的几种误区。
然后,教研员李老师结合所制作的课件,向大家介绍了以下内容:
一、如何建立并加入协作组;
二、如何把集体备课的成果上传到网络教研平台;
三、如何修改共案形成个案;
四、如何在共案中发布资源并发表评论。图文并茂的讲解方式,使老师们直观形象地掌握了大集体备课的网络操作步骤,为今后大集体备课的实际操作打下了良好的基础。
通过三天的学习使我学到了当前先进的教育教学初中化学资源网理论,为以后的工作积蓄了力量、理清了思路,更加明确了目标。如果用一个词语来概括参加本次活动的体会,那就是受益匪浅。下面是我通过培训获得的点滴体会:
我认为集体备课正是为大家搭建了一个学习、交流、和资源共享的平台,是提高课堂教学效率的有效措施,它可以发挥集体的智慧,帮助教师加深对教材的理解,拓展教学思路,使教师们达成教学的共识,有了教学的共同目标。网络教研是一种以网络为手段开展教研工作的新方式,网络能给予我们无穷的信息和资源,网络能使我们的教育资源得到共享。构建高效课堂的根本保障是课堂教学,很大程度上取决于备课是否充分,是否有效。网络大集体备课是把备课的方式由机械重复备课向积累优化式备课转变,个人封闭式备课向合作开放式备课转变,文本式向电子式备课转变,为教师减负增效。
教学过程中要坚持与日俱进,弘扬创新精神。这几年,教育理论层出不穷,教育信息日新月异,我们只有不断地学习教育理论,更新教育观念,提高教改水平,才能适应教育改革的需要。通过学习,给自己也补充了新鲜的血液,我一定要把这些新的理念,新的教学方法在实际的教学工作中实施贯彻好,为国家培养好适应社会发展的好人才,才能与日俱进,不断创新。
相信通过自己不懈的努力,用自己的真诚和爱心去对待每一个学生,在教育事业中做出成绩。

一直以来,我都比较喜欢英语,而且也一直认为自己的英语很好。因此在高二暑假,我进行一次社会实践,选择了一家中外合资的企业去做一名文秘,以便锻炼我的英语实践水平。通过这次的社会实践,我知道虽不能彻底改变我的人生,但在思想上我受益良多,并让我认识到在英语方面的不足。使我走出了校园这座美丽的象牙塔,真正地感受到外面世界的复杂与多变。
这次的社会实践虽然比较辛苦,但辛苦的工作让我的内心充满了希望,不断品尝着苦尽甘来的滋味。作为学生,从来没有感受到社会工作的复杂与艰辛,从来没有体会到成为一名工作者的快乐。最大的收获是明白自己在学校学到的知识不全面,并且没有实际运用经验,单靠平时的英语口语练习是有着不足的。对此我又再一次为自己制定了新的科学的学习计划:
(1)加强英语各个方面的学习,尤其是口语交际能力,并且去学习、了解欧美的一些文化及习俗,有空就多读一些欧美的小说和文学作品,争取能够像一名英国人与他人进行交流。
(2)光是掌握英语是很单调的,必须要同时掌握其他的适合自己的技能,所以我会利用以后的学习之余学习有关会计的知识,取得会计资格证的考试。将来在大型合资企业中也能找到自己的一席之地。
(3)抓住每一个锻炼自己的机会,机不可失,失不再来。努力在大的机会中磨练自己,让自己在任何时候都能充满信心。
(4)认真制定今后在大学中的学习生活计划,让自己有准确的人生目标和方向,并在假期中多进行这样的社会实践,不断的锻炼和充实自己。
社会实践是必要的实践,它让我们把在学校所学的知识,运用到客观实际中去,使自己所学的知识能够真正的解决现实生活中的问题。所以,我们要做到理论与实践相结合,这才是学习之根本。
