首先，教研员李老师做了《如何搞好网络大集体备课》的发言，强调了八个问题，不仅为常识大集体备课指明了方向，而且激发了与会老师们参加集体备课的高度热情。这八个问题是：

一、网络大集体备课的含义；

二、与以往集体备课的联系与区别；

三、网络大集体备课的意义及优点；

四、集体备课的内容与范围；

五、大集体备课的形式与要求；

六、大集体备课基本程序；

七、搞好大集体备课要应该树立的三种意识；

八、集体备课的几种误区。

然后，教研员李老师结合所制作的课件，向大家介绍了以下内容：

一、如何建立并加入协作组；

二、如何把集体备课的成果上传到网络教研平台；

三、如何修改共案形成个案；

四、如何在共案中发布资源并发表评论。图文并茂的讲解方式，使老师们直观形象地掌握了大集体备课的网络操作步骤，为今后大集体备课的实际操作打下了良好的基础。

通过三天的学习使我学到了当前先进的教育教学初中化学资源网理论，为以后的工作积蓄了力量、理清了思路，更加明确了目标。如果用一个词语来概括参加本次活动的体会，那就是受益匪浅。下面是我通过培训获得的点滴体会：

我认为集体备课正是为大家搭建了一个学习、交流、和资源共享的平台，是提高课堂教学效率的有效措施，它可以发挥集体的智慧，帮助教师加深对教材的理解，拓展教学思路，使教师们达成教学的共识，有了教学的共同目标。网络教研是一种以网络为手段开展教研工作的新方式，网络能给予我们无穷的信息和资源，网络能使我们的教育资源得到共享。构建高效课堂的根本保障是课堂教学，很大程度上取决于备课是否充分，是否有效。网络大集体备课是把备课的方式由机械重复备课向积累优化式备课转变，个人封闭式备课向合作开放式备课转变，文本式向电子式备课转变，为教师减负增效。

教学过程中要坚持与日俱进，弘扬创新精神。这几年，教育理论层出不穷，教育信息日新月异，我们只有不断地学习教育理论，更新教育观念，提高教改水平，才能适应教育改革的需要。通过学习，给自己也补充了新鲜的血液，我一定要把这些新的理念，新的教学方法在实际的教学工作中实施贯彻好，为国家培养好适应社会发展的好人才，才能与日俱进，不断创新。
