容易近视：青少年长期接触电脑荧屏(或者长时间玩电子游戏机)，眼睛调节加强，就会造成调节性近视，若不及时防治，很快就会演变成真性近视。

易患干眼症：长时间专心致志面对电子游戏机或电脑屏幕，眨眼次数显著减少，使角膜、结膜缺少泪液湿润，久而久之会出现结膜干皱，角膜上皮脱落，患者有刺痛感。 以上这些电脑荧屏对眼睛的影响用什么方法来防止呢?保健专家建议：

1 、在计算机等显示屏幕前，放置一面有色透明遮挡板，它除了可以吸收掉大部分有害射线外，还可以适当降低其亮度，减少对眼睛的闪烁刺激。

2、制订荧屏作业卫生规则，每工作一小时后应立即休息一刻钟，全天作业时间控制在4个小时之内。

3、坚持每天做眼保健操和体育活动。

4、观看电视的时候，应距屏幕2.5米以外，观看时间控制在一天3小时之内。幼儿和少年儿童要尽量少看电视，儿童不宜玩电子游戏机，成年人玩时也要控制在40分钟之内。
