开始字斟句酌写简历之前,首先要做的事是梳理自己的经历。二十年一路走来,一定有很多让你感受深刻的、觉得很有意义的事。比如,学业成绩。或许你不是全班学习最好的同学,但至少有部分课程你挺拿手。还有校园活动,社区服务,运动才能、实习经历等,先不要想哪些能够进入简历,只要你把这些统统想起来就好。对于那些收获最多、做得最出色或是自己最愿意参与的经历,可以做特殊标记。
最有效的简历是‘集中优势兵力’针对某一(或某一类)特定工作,将求职者的相关经验和能力有效表现出来。如果你的求职目标有多个,则需要针对不同目标分别定制简历。
